TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of full payment & breakage deposit. Bookings are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Cancellations will result in a loss of deposit, however should we be able to find alternative tenants for the same period then we will return you deposit less 10% for admin fees, the same will apply to date change requests. Date changes will also require us to find alternative tenants for the booked period after which we will move your deposit less 10%.
During Peak season (10 December – 15 Jan) cancellations up to 60 days before will incur 100% cancellation fee. AN ADMIN FEE OF 10% WILL APPLY TO ANY CANCELLATION REFUND & DATE CHANGE. All cancellations to be provided in writing via email or fax & acknowledged in writing by Crimson Views.
Should you shorten your stay with us; the full amount of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policy are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the room. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings where payment has not been received within the specified time.
We recommend that you obtain travel insurance to cover you for cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Deposits are refundable up to 10 days after the end of stay should the establishment be in order & there are no breakages.
The establishment is used at your own risk. Crimson moon investments and its related parties take no responsibility & liability for loss or injury, accidental or otherwise.
Tenants are to contact crimson views/letting agent immediately in the event of any serious problems experienced during their stay.
